Terms & Conditions — 92jetoo Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92jetoo" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 92jetoo online gaming platform, its operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the 92jetoo platform or accesses any of its services.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92jetoo account balance almost instantaneously following payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day subject to normal banking hours and any applicable bank processing delays. 92jetoo does not impose a fee on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may charge transaction fees which are outside of 92jetoo's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC completed) before processing will commence. 92jetoo aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the standard processing times for each payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers within one to three business days.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your 92jetoo account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Players with enhanced verification status may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 92jetoo and may be suspended or rejected during any live event at any time without prior notice. Odds displayed during in-play betting are subject to rapid change and bets placed during a connection delay may be processed at updated odds.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, the 92jetoo back-end infrastructure, or any third-party system connected to the platform.
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language in any communication with 92jetoo support staff or other players through any platform feature.
• Registering on 92jetoo while located in or being a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

92jetoo cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation related to fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity involving the platform. Player account data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
